Epoché Psychotherapy

Reach Out

My practice is currently full, but I'm glad you're here. If you're looking for a therapist, I offer a free 20-minute call to help you find a good fit — I know the Seattle therapy community well, and I'll do my best to point you somewhere useful.

Send a Message

Tell me briefly what's bringing you here and I'll reply within 24–48 hours. If a call would help, we'll schedule a free 20-minute conversation.

A note on privacy: Please don't share specific health, mental health, or clinical details in this form. A short sentence is plenty — we can go deeper if we connect.

How a Referral Consultation Works

1. Request a free 20-minute consultation
Tell me a little about what you're looking for. I'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

2. We meet by phone or video
We'll talk about what you're hoping to work on, what's mattered (or not) in past therapy, and any logistics — insurance, location, modality, identity fit.

3. I'll connect you with referrals
I'll point you toward trusted Seattle-area colleagues whose work I know and trust, with a focus on finding someone who's actually a good fit for you.

Current Availability

My practice is currently full and I'm not accepting new clients at this time. If you're looking for a therapist, I'd still be happy to meet for a free 20-minute consultation to help you find a good referral. I know the Seattle therapy community well, and I'll do my best to point you toward someone who's the right fit for what you're looking for.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Here's what happens when you reach out:

If something feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate, tell me. I specialize in working with people who don't have the words yet.

You're not imposing. You're not "too much." Reaching out is the beginning.
