1. Schedule a free 20-minute consultation
We'll talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer any questions, and see whether it feels like a good fit.

2. If we decide to work together
We'll schedule your first session and I'll send you onboarding forms through my secure portal.

3. In our first session
We'll go slowly, get grounded, and begin understanding what's happening in your world — without pressure, performance, or expectation.

What Happens After You Reach Out

When you send a message or request a consultation, you can expect:

If something feels confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate, tell me. I specialize in working with people who don't have the words yet.

You're not imposing. You're not "too much." Reaching out is the beginning.
