Therapy with me is steady, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to your lived experience. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and relational struggles—not just as a set of symptoms, but as meaningful experiences that deserve understanding and care.
In our work, I won’t rush you or push a fixed agenda. You set the pace, and together we make sense of the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. For some, this means exploring how the past still lives in the body. For others, it’s about naming what’s been unspoken or figuring out how to move differently in the world.
My approach draws from EMDR, emotionally focused therapy, and existential thought. I’m especially attuned to the experiences of men, LGBTQ+ folks, and others who may not have had space to safely explore emotion, vulnerability, or agency. Therapy with me is a space where you can reflect, feel, and take action—anchored in who you are and how you want to live.
